Hales Machine Tool Customer Service Team is here to handle all of your warranty and non-warranty service needs with our fully-equipped Service Department. Our Service Manager is ready to take your call and assist you in resolving your machine problems over the phone, or dispatch one of our 11 Field Service Techs/Engineers to your site. Our Applications Specialists are available by phone or for onsite visits to support you in your training and programming needs. For Parts, we have two people on staff to assist you.
Our Service Department performs on-site installations, mechanical, electrical and CNC control service. In addition to our own expertise, Hales has a strong relationship with our machine manufacturers and control builders who will assist our engineers to better serve you.
We also have two of the finest application engineers on staff to support you with your programming questions and to train your employees to program and operate your new machines. They can also help you with workholding solutions and optimizing your machining processes.
